Chris Bremerman Found her appreciation for fitness while searching for balance in her busy, over-scheduled life. In 2004, she left her 18 year corporate career to follow her passion helping others find balance in their lives.
Chris has been a full time personal trainer for 12 years, and found yoga in 2014. She enjoys the synergy between yoga and weight training, and sees these as complimentary programs for a healthy body, increased energy, improved moods, increased self-esteem and self-confidence
Chris loves the beach, her tribe of friends and more than anything spending time with her husband, John.
In addition to teaching yoga, Chris is the owner of FitStudio Personal Fitness Studio and is the owner and creator SuperFit! Protein Muffins.
