POWER VINYASA YOGA (VIRTUAL AVAILABLE)
This practice is for people who are ready to tap into their inner power; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Based on the Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Method and Sid Yoga Empowerment and Beyond Sequence, this practice is a combination of different traditions of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, and others, that combine for a dynamic mix of strength and spirit. It will not only tone your body but it will open energetic channels to a calmer, peaceful spirit ignited with confidence. Those engaged in this practice and process become empowered to overcome the barriers that stand in the way of allowing themselves to revolutionize their body, their emotions, their relationships and their ability to serve the greater good. No other process utilizes so many tools to tap into one's hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life. YIN-RESTORE YOGA (VIRTUAL AVAILABLE)
Yin Restore is a wonderful compliment to your Power Vinyasa yoga practice! Yin Restore is a slow, passive yoga practice that allows the muscles to fully relax, brings more flexibility and healing to the joints, ligaments, and deep connective tissues, as well as support to the internal organs. The temperature of the room is 80-85 degrees, and poses are held from 1-5 minutes. A calm, quiet environment invites you to breathe stillness in to restore the body, mind, and spirit.
