For In Studio classes we are practicing social distancing with class size limits in place.
We no longer have mat rentals, only mats to purchase.
Bring your own mat, towel, block/strap and water. No shower, locker room or mat storage services are offered.
If you have ANY Covid/Flu like symptoms, stay home and enjoy the virtual classes we offer.
You will receive a link through your email that will take you right to the classroom with your teacher for your virtual classes.

What is POWER VINYASA YOGA
Core Energy and the HEAT
Hot Yoga at Core Energy is practiced in an infrared heated room with controlled humidity and heat panels which allows for a safe, comfortable and therapeutic experience are set at 95 degrees. The heat penetrates the body and not the air which causes us to sweat out toxins and impurities, without breathing in circulated bacteria from others. Also, the muscles relax which relieves tension, increases flexibility and mobility, and prevents injury.
People of all ages, experience, body type, flexibility and strength can practice hot yoga. The practice is used by people for many reasons from reducing chronic pain to cosmetic. As therapy people use it if they are experiencing discomfort with their mind and/or body, including breathing problems. Some cosmetic reasons are for weight loss, a toned body, better posture and improved complexion.
